Small Group Yoga Classes
My yoga classes are friendly and inclusive with an emphasis on losing unnecessary tension in the body. Through a clear, guided practice you can learn to move through life with more flexibility, balance and co-ordination. This approach can also be very calming for the nervous system, improving your overall wellbeing.


Mentor
I am a mentor for yoga teacher trainees on the London Yoga Teacher Training Course where I completed my own two year training with Distinction in 2012
