Small Group Yoga Classes
Set in my peaceful garden studio in Saltdean, classes are kept to a maximum of seven people so you can really step away from the rush and relax.
Smaller classes also help foster the friendly and supportive atmosphere where you can ask questions, have individual attention or just step in, slow down and get back to yourself without distractions.
We practice movements rather than fixed positions, build strength without force and increase flexibility in the right areas to support a comfortable and responsive body.

All elements are clearly broken down and blended with calming breath work so that everyone, including beginners or those recovering from injury or illness can feel the benefits.

The only prerequisite for a group class is that you are able to get up and down off the floor.

Method
I am inspired by my Scaravelli based yoga training, the Feldenkrais Method and Mindfulness Meditation all of which help to develop better self awareness and offer direct ways to stay more present in each moment. My hope is to share with others the peace and clarity that I continue to find through my own learning and practice.
